Tepung Terigu 125 Gr
Gula Pasir 200 Gr
Telur Utuh 2 Butir
Vanili 1 Bungkus
SP Ovalet 1 Sdm
Air Santan 150 cc
Pasta pandan/ Air perasan pandan secukupnya
Kelapa parut secukupnya.
Cara Membuat :
Kelapa parut dicampur dengan garam aduk sampai rata, sisihkan.
Kocok gula, telur dan SP Menggunakan mixer hingga mengembang.
Masukkan tepung terigu dan air santan, masukan lagi pasta pandan sesuai selera, kocok lagi hingga rata.
Siapkan cetakan kue putuayu dan olesi sedikit minyak goreng agar tidak lengket nantinya. Taruh kelapa parut didasar tiap-tiap cetakan lalu tuang adonan lalu kukus hingga matang.
